Best seen on a laptop

This proposal is laid out for a full screen. The demo site and the comparison tables are much easier to follow there.

A website that can announce Pinecrest.

Start here

This is the site. Click through it before you read another word.

Five pages, built from photography we already shot for you and the real schedule pulled from your booking system. Nothing in it is a stock photo or a placeholder. The one number we made up is the intro offer price, and it says so on the page.

The demonstration homepage on a laptop: a full mat class under the headline Sweat with intention, Move with grace, with a Book a class button in the header. The same homepage on a phone. The Book a class button is visible in the header without opening the menu.
Open the demo site

Opens in a new tab. Every page has a link back here. It is best on a laptop; it works on a phone.

Where the site is today

What we noticed, and what we would fix.

We went through the live site on August 21. Every number below came from it that day. None of this is a criticism of the studio; it is a template site doing what template sites do.

The icon never shows upPhones and shared links

The only icon on the site is a 361 KB .ico file. Phones and share previews look for a PNG and an SVG and a manifest; none exist, and the Apple touch icon returns a 404. Saving Pure Motion to a home screen or texting the link gives people a blank square. We ship the full icon set and a share card, so the link shows your studio.

The loading screenFirst impression

The hero video is 9.9 MB and took 21.9 seconds to finish loading. A loading screen sits on top of it until it does. The new hero is a still that loads in under a second, with a landscape film cut from your raw footage as an upgrade once it exists.

The hero videoFirst impression

It is also vertical: 1920 by 3413, a phone clip stretched into a laptop frame, so on a big screen it crops to an arm. And the same file is mounted five times, because the hero is a five slide carousel with identical slides. Every finished video in your library is vertical, which is why this happened. The raw is 4K landscape, so the right film can be cut from it.

The schedule is two screens awayBooking

The Schedule page does not show classes. It opens on a "Select Your Studio" screen, then the schedule loads inside your booking provider's window. Google reads none of it, and the studio list already shows Pinecrest, which the rest of the site never mentions. The demo shows the week on your own page, one tap from the homepage, with a Miami and Pinecrest switch.

Small things that add upHousekeeping

The Instagram link goes to the right account, but the site never shows the feed. One homepage image returns a 404. The server sends pages uncompressed and without the security header browsers look for. Pages have no descriptions for search, so results show a blank line under your name. All of this is a morning's work on a rebuild and impossible to fix on the template.

0Page titles (H1) across all eight pages. Google has nothing to read. Wild Thing has them on every page.
949Characters of text on your homepage. Wild Thing's has 9,864.
0Times the word Pinecrest appears on the site. Your booking system already lists the address.

Nobody can find it

  • No sitemap. The robots file tells Google to slow down, a leftover from the purchased template.
  • The homepage description is blank and there is no share image, so links texted or posted show no preview.
  • Schedule, Book Now and My Account pages are empty shells around a booking window Google cannot see.

Nobody can decide

  • No pricing and no intro offer anywhere on the site, though your FAQ mentions one.
  • No phone number, no email, no hours. The contact page is a form and nothing else.
  • No instructor pages. The Team link exists in the code and is switched off.
  • Sip & Sculpt, bridal classes, birthdays and corporate sessions are all in your photo library and nowhere on the site.
  • On a phone, the Book Now button is hidden inside the menu. The demo fixes that first.
  • The biggest image on the homepage is 720 KB, and the page loads jQuery, Bootstrap twice, and a theme switcher left over from the template.

Also on the list: the footer says 2025 and "Motion Pilates", 27 of 31 images have no descriptions for search or screen readers, pinch zoom is disabled, and there is no analytics or ad pixel of any kind, so today you cannot measure a single visitor or show an ad to someone who looked at your schedule.

The studios you are compared to

What Wild Thing and Remedy Place are doing differently.

Wild Thing is the benchmark for function: you can read the schedule and book without leaving the homepage. Remedy Place is the benchmark for handling several locations as one brand instead of a dropdown. The demo borrows from both.

Your booking platform

Mariana Tek can already do most of this. You are using the smallest piece of it.

Today the site uses Mariana's embed, a window that shows their screens inside your page. That is the floor of the platform. The same account also offers:

  • A public class feed. Your schedule, instructors, rooms and spots are already readable as data. That is how the demo shows the schedule on your own page. No permission needed for the read.
  • Sign in on your site. Members log in without being bounced into a separate window.
  • Booking events. When someone books or buys, the site can know, which is what makes ad tracking real instead of a guess.
  • Waivers through the platform's documents tool.
  • Your app. You already have a branded app on both stores. It supports a custom fifth tab and in app placements, and neither is switched on.

The sign in, booking events and waivers pieces require developer access from Mariana Tek: a short survey, their developer terms, and a technical review they quote at one to three weeks. We ask for it the day you sign so it is ready when the site is. The launch does not wait on it.

What you already own

Twenty one shoots. The site uses seven photos.

6,068Files in your content library, October 2025 to August 2026.
363Finished photographs, plus 52 finished videos and 271 graphics and carousels.
66Portraits of the Pinecrest instructors, shot in August and not yet published anywhere.

Every photograph in the demo came from that library. The Pinecrest pages use frames from the August 18 walkthrough of the build, so the new studio exists on the site before it opens. The instructor section uses the interviews we recorded with Gail, Amanda, Katie, Claudia and both Stephs, in their own words.

One gap worth naming: every finished video you have is vertical, cut for Instagram. A website hero wants landscape. The raw footage is 4K landscape, so a thirty second web film is an edit, not a new shoot. It is a named line in Phase 1.

What we build

Two phases. The first one does not wait on anyone.

Phase 1 is the whole site, live, with everything the demo shows. Phase 2 is the deeper booking integration, which needs Mariana Tek's approval and lands when they grant it.

Phase 1 · the site

Ships without anyone's permission

  • Full rebuild on a modern, fast stack. No purchased template, no leftover plugins.
  • Five core pages plus private events, each with a real title, real copy and real photography from your library.
  • Pinecrest everywhere it belongs: its own page, the homepage, the footer, the schedule switch.
  • Schedule on your own page, both studios, pulled from Mariana's public feed and updating on its own.
  • The existing Mariana booking window, restyled and placed correctly with the studio preselected, so booking works on day one.
  • Book button visible in the header at every screen size.
  • Intro offer, pricing, hours, phone, email, cancellation policy, all on the page.
  • Instructor section with portraits and their own words from the August interviews.
  • A thirty second landscape film for the homepage, cut from your 4K raw.
  • Complete icon set and share card. Sitemap, descriptions on every image, search titles on every page.
  • Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel installed and tested, so you can measure and retarget from launch.
  • Hosting, domain pointing, launch, and a check that the old links still land somewhere sensible.

Phase 2 · the integration

After Mariana Tek approves access

  • Book from the schedule row itself, on your domain, without the embedded window.
  • Members sign in on the site. No separate login screen.
  • Booking and purchase events feed the pixel, so ads are measured on real bookings.
  • The unused fifth tab in your iOS app, pointed at whatever you want members to see first.
  • Waivers through the platform, signed before the first class.

Mariana's review runs one to three weeks. We submit the request the day you sign.

How the build runs

Four steps, and you are in the room for two of them.

1

Kickoff

One meeting. We confirm the intro offer price, hours, the opening date for Pinecrest, which instructors go on the page, and your logo file. We submit the Mariana Tek developer request the same day.

2

Build

We build from the demo you have already seen, so there are no surprises in the layout. The landscape film is cut in the same window. You get a private link to watch it come together.

3

Review

You click through the finished site on your own phone and laptop and send us a list. We work the list.

4

Launch

We point the domain, verify Google sees the new pages, confirm analytics are recording, and hand over the logins. Phase 2 follows as soon as Mariana grants access.

The investment

Two numbers. One for the site, one for the integration.

Phase 1 · the site

Everything in the Phase 1 list, hosting for the first year, two review rounds, and the landscape film.

Phase 2 · the integration

Native booking, member sign in, booking events into the pixel, the app tab and waivers. Invoiced when Mariana grants access, not before.

As an existing content client, the photography, the instructor interviews and the Pinecrest footage are already yours. None of it is billed again here.

Getting started

Reply to the email this came in, and we will send the agreement.

What we need from you at kickoff: your logo as a vector file and the name of your typeface, the intro offer price, studio hours, the Pinecrest opening date, a yes on the instructor names and photos, and two or three client quotes we can use on the page. Everything else we already have.
