Best seen on a laptop

This is a design draft laid out for a full screen. It works on a phone, but the schedule and the studio pages read better with room.

Classes

Pick the room first. Then the class.

Heated mat in the Beige Room, reformers in the Sage Room. Every class is sixty minutes and every level is welcome.

Beige Room · heated 90 to 95°F

Mat Pilates Sculpt

A low impact, full body workout that blends Pilates with sculpt and props to build strength, tone muscle and improve posture. The heat does part of the work: muscles warm faster, so you get deeper into the movement earlier. Controlled, core-focused, and over before you want it to be.

Bring: a mat, or rent one at the desk. Late policy: five minutes, then the door closes for the safety of the room.

Sage Room · ten reformers

Reformer Full Body

Strength, stretch and flow on the reformer. The springs give resistance in both directions, so every movement challenges your core, improves alignment and tones from the inside out. Ten reformers means the instructor sees every body in the room.

Bring: grip socks, required. Sold at the desk if you forget.

Beige Room

Pure Core + Glutes

A burner class that attacks core and glutes from every angle. Deep lower ab work, oblique sculpting and nonstop glute activation designed to lift, tighten and tone. Low impact but high intensity: controlled holds, spicy pulses and slow reps that leave your abs shaking. All levels, with modifications on offer throughout.

Beige Room · weighted

Pure Strength + Tone

Pilates precision merged with elevated strength work. A core-awakening warmup, then intentional, weighted sequences designed to sculpt, tone and build a strong, resilient, well aligned body. The class for people who want the Pilates feel with heavier hands.

Not sure which room?

Start on the mat or the reformer. Both are taught to every level.

I want to sweat
Mat Pilates Sculpt. The Beige Room runs at 90 to 95°F and the class moves.
I have a back or joint issue
Reformer Full Body. The springs support the movement, the instructor can modify every exercise, and a ten person room means they will.
I have forty minutes of patience and want to feel it tomorrow
Pure Core + Glutes.
I lift and want Pilates to fit around it
Pure Strength + Tone. Weighted sequences, Pilates alignment.

Three classes, any room, two weeks.
