The Beige Room holds twenty mats and stays at 90 to 95°F. The Sage Room has ten reformers and a little more quiet. Both are booked from the same account and the same app.
The second Pure Motion is going in on South Dixie Highway, and it is the larger of the two. A bigger heated mat room, a more intimate reformer room, a sauna and a cold plunge, and instructors who already teach in Miami. The build-out is underway and the sage walls are already up.

Community
The class is an hour. The people are why you stay.
Sip & Sculpt once a month, sunrise classes on the sand, Galentine's in February, and a lobby that turns into a hangout after the last class. Pure Motion was built as a place to belong before it was built as a place to work out.
Sip & Sculpt, every monthSunrise classSunrise class on the sandGalentine'sAfter class
A private Reformer or Mat class for your group, then the lobby is yours. Add balloon décor, a flower bar, matcha and coffee, or a cocktail bar. Scroll the kinds of events we host.
Bachelorettes and bridal
A private class for the bride and her people, a toast after, and a photographer if you want one. Bride and groom classes too.
Birthdays
Sweet sixteens, thirtieths, any number. The room is decorated before you arrive and the cake comes out after.
Teams and corporate
A reset for the office, a training day for a squad, or a client thank you. The Miami Dolphins cheerleaders have trained here.
Sororities
Chapter socials, big and little reveals, recruitment week. A class for the whole house, then the lobby for photos and whatever comes after.

Questions people ask before their first class
Do I need experience to join?
No. We welcome every level, from first timers to people who have practiced for years. Instructors offer modifications in every class so you can work at your own pace and feel safe doing it.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing you can move in. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes and are sold at the front desk.
What is the difference between mat and reformer Pilates?
Heated mat Pilates is done on a yoga mat in a room kept at 90 to 95°F, using your bodyweight and small props like bands, rings and light weights.
Reformer Pilates uses the reformer, a bed-like frame with a sliding carriage, springs, pulleys and straps. The springs provide resistance, so you build strength and alignment at the same time.
What equipment do I need to bring?
A mat for heated mat classes, or rent one at the studio for a small fee. Everything else, including the reformers, props and weights, is provided.
How often should I come?
Two to three sessions a week gives the best results. One class a week still improves posture, core strength and mobility over time.
Is Pilates good for injury recovery?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons people find us. The movement is low impact and gentle on joints. It strengthens the deep abdominal and spinal muscles that protect your back, restores range of motion, and builds the body awareness that helps you avoid reinjury. Every exercise can be scaled to where you are today.
Low impact, easy to modify
Core stability for posture and balance
Flexibility and mobility back after time off
How do I book?
Online through this site or the Pure Motion app. Space is limited, so book ahead when you can.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Cancellations inside 12 hours, and no shows, use the session. A no show fee may be charged 24 hours after the missed class.
